Cancellation Policy

All reservations are suggest to a 3% chargeback fee if canceled 30 days prior to the date of arrival. All cancellations within the 30 days of arrival date are non-refundable. In rate cases, we will re-book the unit in which case, we will refund 100% minus the 3% chargeback fee.
